چکیده
The aim of this work is to simulate correctly in 3D space the phenomena that govern relaxation semiconductors. To avoid relevant constraints inadequate mesh a new technique for refining irregular meshing has been creating. Each length sample will be considered as partial sum geometric series, calculation argument allow calculate distance between nodes. In paper we proposed use an algorithm combined Gummel and Newton Raphson algorithms solve differential equations, linearization transport equations obtained by applying finite difference method, which allowed us time, life time recombination rate. results revealed appearance limited region called front instead charge region, improvement computational with big precision simulation, letting user choice discreet number points wished without saturate memory. This type simple apply can used applied solution structures at different areas all dimensions.

Three-Dimensional Adaptive Mesh Relaxation
In numerical calculations based on partial differential equations the kind of discretization, in particular the kind of mesh that can bo used is ol almost importance. Unfortunately, meshing is a rather unsolved discipline, especia y in three dimensions. Although some occasional solutions exists there is hardly a tool that has integrated possibilities to handle this problem. This paper presents ...
متن کاملMesh Partitioning Technique for Three-dimensional Simulation of Coextrusion
A new algorithm for simulation of polymer coextrusion is introduced. In the new algorithm, the finite element mesh of tetrahedral elements remains unaltered as the interface shape between adjacent polymer layers is developed during the simulation. The use of a fixed finite element mesh for coextrusion simulation is possible because in the new algorithm the interface between the two polymers is ...
متن کاملA new conforming mesh generator for three-dimensional discrete fracture networks
Nowadays, numerical modelings play a key role in analyzing hydraulic problems in fractured rock media. The discrete fracture network model is one of the most used numerical models to simulate the geometrical structure of a rock-mass. In such media, discontinuities are considered as discrete paths for fluid flow through the rock-mass while its matrix is assumed impermeable. There are two main pa...
متن کاملThree-Dimensional Simulation of Qeshm Channel Currents
Qeshm Channel is a shallow and narrow waterway located between Qeshm Island and the mainland in the vicinity of Hormuzgan Province, Islamic Republic of Iran. This channel is important because of its economic, industrial, fisheries and navigation role it plays as well as environmental issues it presents in the region. A prognostic study was performed to simulate currents in this channel, using C...
متن کاملAn automatic mesh coarsening technique for three dimensional anisotropic meshes
This work is devoted to the design of a mesh generation technique able to produce a sequence of 3-D coarsened unstructured meshes from an initial anisotropic one. The coarsening algorithm uses an initial mesh and a metric eld obtained from an analysis of the natural metric of this initial mesh. First, an initial natural metric (i.e a metric into which each simplicial element of the mesh is equi...
